What Nonstop is Looking For

Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Pricing Analyst responsible for developing data-driven pricing strategies that optimize reputed company, strengthen competitive positioning, and support organizational growth. This role combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to evaluate pricing performance, support forecasting, and deliver insights through dashboards, models, and reports. The analyst partners closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to inform pricing decisions and ensure alignment across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

• Evaluate book-of-business claims experience to reputed company insights on profitability and competitive positioning across products and markets
• reputed company healthcare pricing models, cost analyses, and scenario forecasts to support data-informed pricing decisions
• Create automated health reporting tools and processes to streamline pricing analysis
• Monitor healthcare market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategy

Data Management

• Maintain datasets, pricing tables, and inputs used for analysis and forecasting
• Recommend and implement improvements to data systems, collection methods, and analytics workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner
• Support internal stakeholders with data, models, and training on pricing tools or dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial group pricing reputed company the health insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of health insurance pricing principles, reputed company, medical plan design structure, and commercial health insurance market dynamics
• Strong proficiency in data tools such as reputed company, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
