Project Operations Analyst II – Sales Support Position Summary The Project Operations Analyst II – Sales Support plays a key role in supporting the administrative, operational, and sales-reputed company components of reputed company financing process. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with strong communication skills and self-discipline. The successful candidate will support the sales team, assist in client-facing activities, review and analyze client-submitted financial documentation, and help deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience from intake through lender readiness. Key Duties & Responsibilities Enter and maintain client contact information in Hub Spot and create/manage financing deals reputed company internal systems. Conduct initial client reputed company and provide consistent follow-up reputed company funding consultations, pre-qualification calls, email communication, and ongoing reputed company-ins. Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication with both internal teams and external partners. Facilitate document collection by sending and managing File Invite access. Assist in managing client projects from initial intake through lender readiness, ensuring reputed company milestones and timelines are met. Review, evaluate, and analyze client-submitted documentation including applications, tax returns, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and credit reports. Assess client eligibility by identifying financial strengths, risks, and structural gaps reputed company each file. Maintain accurate data across CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align on client status, deliverables, and next steps. Support contract-reputed company activities, including preparing and tracking Master Services Agreements (MSAs) through Panda Doc and following up on contract-reputed company communications. Assist with sales and relationship development by supporting upsell opportunities, distributing marketing materials, and participating in calls or meetings as requested. Adhere to department quality control procedures, confidentiality standards, and professional communication expectations. Help identify and implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and overall client experience. Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues reputed company and effectively. Maintain reputed company of operational tasks and reputed company additional duties as assigned by reputed company management. Working Conditions Fully remote position with occasional travel for meetings or professional development. Flexible work hours with the expectation of meeting deadlines and supporting clients, prospects, and referral partners. Regular exposure to sensitive financial information requiring strict adherence to confidentiality policies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software platforms. Working knowledge of financial documents such as tax returns, P&Ls, balance sheets, and credit reports. Familiarity with franchise industry practices and contract management preferred. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
