As a Sales Engineer at FusionTek, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and our technical solutions. You’ll guide clients through reputed company technology decisions and translate their requirements into clear, actionable project plans for our Projects team. Your expertise in areas such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services will help you uncover client challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless reputed company to delivery.

Here's what you'll be doing

  • Assess and document clients’ existing infrastructure, applications, and operational workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design tailored, scalable, and cost‑effective managed services solutions that align with client needs and long‑term goals.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and reputed company with FusionTek’s capabilities.

  • Educate internal teams on new solutions, sales strategies, deployment methods, and how these offerings integrate into our existing service portfolio.

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT‑reputed company field preferred

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment
  • 2–3 years of Sales Engineer experience, or equivalent solutions‑focused technical role
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts and design (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Extensive experience designing cloud solutions (O365, Azure, Azure AD, Intune)
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
  • Experience with RMM tools (Datto RMM is a plus)
  • Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus
  • reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS‑102) is a plus
  • reputed company Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ‑305) is a plus
