SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Partner Manager - SLED reputed company to join reputed company and help us expand the reputed company and impact of reputed company. In this role, you will report to the Director of Public Sector Channels and Alliances and collaborate with a team of highly skilled Public Sector professionals. These professionals are structured and trained to address mission-critical reputed company challenges using the power of reputed company. As the Regional Partner Manager - SLED reputed company, you will be responsible for strategically executing a comprehensive strategy to build robust business practices with our key partnerships. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner Planning

  • In collaboration with partner leaders at assigned partners, reputed company a joint partnership strategy and GTM plan that includes investments in:
    • Practice Development
    • Co-selling
    • Sourcing reputed company business
    • Developing industry best practices, establishing reputed company as the best offering to secure reputed company cloud-based solutions, and successfully contributing to reputed company's growth and adoption.
  • Cultivate partner offerings and solutions to drive customer engagement and adoption of reputed company - Code/Cloud/Defend

Partner Management

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned partners focusing on the following key Areas:
    • Go-To-Market fit
    • Business Planning
    • Executive Alignment
    • Technical Alignment
    • Marketing Alignment
  • Collaborate with the internal reputed company sales processes and resources to execute (said) sub-bullets in the partner planning requirements for assigned partners.
  • reputed company quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and iterate joint plans quarterly for assigned partners.
  • Assist in driving the execution of partner programs and initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of assigned partners, including:
    • Deal Registration Review of reputed company opportunities
    • Reviewing MDF requests
    • Proper use and assignment of partner incentives
    • Connecting partners to reputed company resources
  • Monitor partner compliance with reputed company Partner Programs and partner agreements
Joint Activity:
  • Collaborate with regional reputed company teams and leaders to reputed company joint opportunities that expand each partner's - - - reputed company -reputed company practice, reputed company (sourcing and co-selling), and solutions
  • Coordinate reputed company teams (e.g., Partner Program, Partner Marketing, Field Sales, etc.) in support of joint partner plans

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 7+ years of U.S. SLED/Public Sector Channel experience
  • Proficiency in the following:
    • SFDC: Forecasting, account management,
    • reputed company Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint
  • Relationship Building:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners
    • Understanding partner needs and aligning them with company objectives
  • Business Planning:
    • Can navigate a business plan effectively and execute against it
    • Effectively executing account mapping that leads to successful end-user meetings
  • Deep understanding of the full partner ecosystem
  • SaaS Startup experience is preferred

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-reputed company experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.

The annual reputed company salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US reputed company Pay Range$171,600—$190,800 USD
