SUMMARY

Alongside reputed company's broader Sales and reputed company teams, our Senior Renewal Manager is playing a critical role in reputed company's customer retention and expansion strategy. reputed company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager who is motivated, collaborative and process-oriented to secure up-for-renewal dollars and mitigate renewal risk. Ideal candidates will exhibit high levels of business and sales acumen reputed company the while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Location: Must be located in the Southeastern United States.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle the quote-to-reputed company process for renewals 180 to 90 days in advance of renewal due date
  • reputed company or exceed quarterly reputed company goals, tied to retention, growth and term extension of existing customer reputed company
  • Partner with the Sales and reputed company teams to assess customer health and drive the appropriate renewal solution
  • Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals reputed company assigned book
  • Manage the renewal process for multiple large customers concurrently and prioritize your time effectively to limit risk and ensure on time renewals
  • Escalate whenever appropriate to help resolve customer concerns
  • Identify “at-risk” renewal clients before renewal date and escalate to appropriate team members, mitigate contraction and churn reputed company reputed company deals
  • Appropriately engage with the customer to champion the reputed company renewal and solution value

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5-8 years of reputed company cybersecurity and renewals experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High collaborative with ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of success and over-achievement of renewal quota in previous positions
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models and ability to learn reputed company's offerings and pricing with agility
  • Experience in SaaS reputed company organization: Sales, CSM, or prior renewals team experience
  • Familiarity with systems: reputed company, CPQ, reputed company, Planhat
  • Confidence and ability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes per reputed company rules of engagement

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-reputed company experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.

The annual reputed company salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US reputed company Pay Range$98,000—$109,200 USD
