The Role
As a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our valued customers, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Key Responsibilities

- Support our field's peak season, starting in February, with heavy call volume expected during this time
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers with remedies to retain business

Qualifications
* High School/GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, either reputed company or reputed company a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
