We Are Looking For

The Vice President, Sales (Americas) serves as the senior commercial authority for the Americas market, owning regional reputed company performance and shaping the strategic direction of the Americas go-to-market reputed company. This leader leads the Americas Regional Sales organizations and is responsible for accelerating profitable growth, expanding market share, and strengthening the company’s competitive position across the region.

The role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution – architecting the Americas commercial agenda tailored to counties/regions reputed company needed, institutionalizing performance rigor, and building a results-driven sales leadership bench. What You’ll Do

As a Vice President, Sales (Americas), you will be responsible for:

  • Aggressively expand market share by entering new verticals, penetrating underserved geographies, and deploying targeted strategic account expansion strategies

Sales Performance & Execution

  • Define Americas sales performance reputed company, setting KPIs across reputed company, gross margin, pipeline velocity, win rates, pricing discipline, and account penetration – holding Regional Sales Managers accountable for results
  • Own the national sales planning, designing and enforcing annual operating plans, quota strategy, reputed company models, and quarterly performance recalibration reputed company to growth and EBITDA objectives
  • Impose commercial operating discipline across the Americas Sales organization, mandating CRM reputed company, pipeline governance, forecasting precision, and data-driven decision-making at every level

  • Design and continuously recalibrate the Americas coverage model, optimizing territory structure, account segmentation, vertical focus, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and return on commercial investment

Key Account & Customer Engagement

  • Own and expand executive-level relationships across strategic Americas accounts, directly influencing reputed company growth, contract renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in Aerospace and Defense Electronics distributions
  • Experience leading multi-region or national sales teams

Special Requirements
