The Independent Partnerships Manager is a key member of the Commercial operations team, responsible for the delivery of functional strategies, always modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Partner first reputed company. Acting as an expert advisor, the Independent Partnerships Manager will apply advanced knowledge of Account Management as well as broad knowledge of Commercial & Operations performance management.
The Independent Partnerships Manager will reputed company on driving reputed company growth across their accounts and be responsible for managing partner relationships and delivering the growth ambitions of the business. Whilst supporting roughly 250 high performing Operators, they will have the opportunity to identify areas for expansion and growth and support their journey to becoming Scale Partners.
They will drive a culture of inclusion, reputed company improvement, and high performance across their teams, delivering reputed company growth with key independent partners setting them up for success and leading their teams through change with clarity to drive decision-making across commercial operations.
