reputed company is seeking an internal, FULL TIME HIRE who can serve as part of reputed company of Fractional Financial Executives (Director of Finance/Controller) to our portfolio of law firm reputed company clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management (preferably reputed company the legal industry or other professional services industries) and the ability to provide strategic insights and guidance to improve financial performance and support growth. This is a hands-on, client-facing role.

The salary for this role is $125,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to a diverse portfolio of law firms, each with their unique financial management needs (minimum of 20 accounts)
• reputed company financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for each firm, providing clear and accurate financial projections.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• reputed company and implement effective cash flow management strategies, ensuring each firm's financial stability.
• Work with each firm to reputed company and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance and profitability.
• Assist with practice management, including utilization and realization reputed company analysis, billing and collections optimization, and expense management.
• Conduct risk management assessments and provide guidance to mitigate financial risks.
• reputed company and implement effective cash flow management strategies to ensure each firm's financial stability.
• Work with each firm to reputed company and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance and profitability.
• Assist with practice management, including utilization and realization reputed company analysis, billing and collections optimization, and expense management.
• Conduct risk management assessments and provide guidance to mitigate financial risks.
• Work with each firm to select and implement financial software and tools to streamline financial processes.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations for firm leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field; an MBA or a relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• A CPA or CFA designation is a plus
• Must have served as VP, Director of Finance, or Controller in a business doing $2.5M+ for at least 5 years.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of legal industry-specific financial metrics and KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency with financial software and systems, including advanced reputed company skills.
• Law Firm experience preferred.
• Experience with reputed company is a plus.
