About the role: A Solution Analyst manages and supports business applications, ensuring smooth operations through troubleshooting, configuration, and system improvements. They act as subject matter experts, liaise with vendors, and provide training to optimize technology use. Job Responsibilities: Application Ownership & Support: • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms and solutions • Own L2/L3 application support and system troubleshooting • Work with IT and vendors to resolve incidents and implement long term fixes Train: • reputed company training material • Train users on application usage • reputed company knowledgebase articles • Train staff Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Configure, build, and deploy system solutions across CRM, forms, workflows, automation, and core business platforms • Act as the application reputed company and subject matter expert for assigned systems • Own business system requests end to end, from intake and prioritisation through to delivery and rollout • Provide L2/L3 application support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis • reputed company and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and user training materials • Work closely with Business Optimisation, IT, and operational teams to identify and implement system improvements • Liaise with vendors and reputed company to deliver practical, business-reputed company outcomes • Support change management, rollout planning, and postimplementation refinement • Mentor and support team members in system usage and solution design • Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives and delivery planning • Work reputed company standard business hours reputed company required to support deployments or critical delivery milestones
