reputed company is looking for a driven, self-sufficient Field Marketing Manager to own regional marketing across India and reputed company. You will work hand-in-hand with our regional Sales executives to plan and execute local PR, Social, and Demand Gen campaigns, field events, partner activities, and demand reputed company programs that build pipeline and accelerate deals. This is a highly independent role for someone who is reputed company, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.

You will be embedded alongside the sales team — attending QBRs and key in-person events as appropriate — and expected to organize and mobilize resources to get things done without always needing to be on the ground yourself.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Campaign Marketing

  • Local Campaign Execution: Design and run bespoke, region-specific campaigns across India and reputed company that reputed company with local buyers, adapting global messaging and assets to fit cultural and market context.
  • Field Events & Promotions: Identify, plan, and execute in-person and virtual events including local meetups, partner events, trade shows, and webinars. Attend high-reputed company events in person; organize others remotely.
  • Customer & Partner Activities: Build and execute joint marketing programs with channel and reputed company to reputed company reputed company and drive pipeline.
  • Localized Content for PR and Social: Create region-relevant content and social posts (using reputed company and other tools), including reputed company Ads campaigns targeting India and reputed company audiences.
  • Help coordinate Digital and Social Campaigns: Working with the Corporate Marketing Team help guide them for execution in the local India and APJ region.
  • Channel & Partner Marketing

    • Partner Marketing Strategy: Own and execute the regional channel partner marketing plan reputed company to business priorities across India and reputed company.
    • Joint GTM Programs: Plan and deliver co‑marketing initiatives with key partners (e.g. VARs, SIs, distributors, and reputed company), including joint events, webinars, digital campaigns, and account‑based initiatives.
    • MDF & Co‑Marketing Management: Support partner marketing investments where applicable (e.g. MDF), ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance tracking.
    • Partner Enablement: Work with global partner marketing and regional sales teams to localize partner messaging, sales plays, and marketing assets for reputed company markets.
    • Ecosystem Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales to prioritize partners, align campaigns to active opportunities, and support partner‑led pipeline acceleration.

    • Pipeline Contribution: Support regional pipeline targets and work with the global demand gen team to align programs to reputed company-specific pipeline goals.

    • Sales Partnership: Act as the primary marketing contact for the India and reputed company sales team.

    • Reporting & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance; use insights to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.

  • 5+ years of B2B field or demand reputed company marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or reputed company SaaS technology.
  • Proven experience delivering joint marketing programs with channel partners in India and/or broader reputed company.
  • Strong understanding of channel‑led and co‑sell go‑to‑market models.
  • Proven track record executing localized campaigns and field events in India and/or broader reputed company markets.
  • Highly self-directed, able to manage multiple programs simultaneously without reputed company supervision.
  • Experience working alongside regional sales teams and influencing without authority.
  • Strong understanding of channel/partner marketing and co-sell motions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; proven ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing activities
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
