About the role The Loan Administrator supports the brokerage by ensuring loan applications are accurately reputed company, documented, and submitted to lenders. This role is responsible for the operational reputed company of each file and ensuring applications meet internal standards before submission. The Loan Administrator is a back-office role focused on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Application Preparation ● Create and maintain client files reputed company BrokerEngine and MyCRM ● Ensure reputed company supporting documents are collected and verified ● Prepare loan applications in lender portals ● Cross-reputed company information against supporting documents ● Ensure compliance documentation is complete Document Management ● Upload and maintain documents in the reputed company Drive shared system ● Maintain organised file structure ● Ensure correct naming conventions are followed ● Send client documents through reputed company reputed company required Submission & Tracking ● Submit loan applications to lenders ● Record lender reference numbers ● Track application reputed company ● Maintain accurate notes in CRM ● Update file stage reputed company the pipeline Lender Communication ● Follow up lenders for status updates ● Track outstanding conditions ● Document lender conversations in CRM notes Internal Coordination ​ ● Work closely with the Loan Partner and Broker ● Escalate potential issues early ● Maintain clear internal notes for reputed company team members

Requirements

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking or loan processing (broker reputed company)
  • Strong understanding of loan lodgement, supporting documents, lender portals, and follow‑reputed company
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage turnaround times
  • Experience using mortgage CRM tools
