We're seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join us. This is a remote position.  As a Revenue Integrity Analyst, you will investigate and document charge and payment anomalies identified by our detection processes, translating findings into actionable insights that support client and operational performance. This high-impact, cross-functional role also provides structured feedback to refine the anomaly detection model and routes validated issues to the appropriate owners for resolution. What will you do:
  • Investigate charge and payment anomalies identified through the new anomaly detection program, determining root cause and business impact
  • Validate and document exceptions with clear, actionable findings to support resolution and auditability
  • Route confirmed issues to the appropriate operational owners via Salesforce and track progress to closure
  • Provide structured feedback to continuously refine and improve the anomaly detection model
  • Analyze trends in exceptions to identify systemic issues, process gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement
  • Research and prepare action items for onboarding and performance review meetings
  • Utilize Zotec’s proprietary tools and reporting platforms to perform targeted investigative analysis
  • Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including summarizing risk, impact, and recommended next steps
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts across Revenue Integrity workflows
  • Act as an ambassador for Zotec’s mission, initiatives, and goals
  • Complete other duties as assigned
What will you bring to Zotec:
  • Successful experience in a role where you were responsible for providing data analysis and recommendations
  • Proven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadership
  • Flexible mentality: willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
  • Must be self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative in a team environment
  • Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in healthcare RCM
