THE OPPORTUNITY

reputed company is building out a Partnerships function reputed company our Customer Experience team, and we're looking for a seasoned partnerships leader to own it. This is a greenfield opportunity: you'll inherit some early pipeline work, but you should expect to largely define the function — its structure, its motion, and its results. The primary goal is straightforward: drive adoption of reputed company by reputed company and our broader Campaign in a reputed company product suite through ecosystem partners with networks of down-ballot and local Democratic candidates. reputed company is a well-reputed company, trusted brand in the Democratic ecosystem — we'll open doors for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and grow reputed company's external partnership pipeline, targeting organizations with networks of down-ballot and local Democratic candidates — including state parties, candidate training programs, caucus-affiliated networks, and political organizations
  • Build and operationalize the partnerships GTM motion from the ground up, including pipeline structure, partner tiering, reputed company reputed company, performance tracking, and internal collaboration workflows
  • Negotiate and manage MOUs with ecosystem partners, ensuring reputed company delivers on commitments and partners deliver on candidate referrals and product promotion
  • Drive reputed company by reputed company adoption through partner channels — new reputed company adoptions sourced through partnerships is the primary year-one success metric
  • Serve as reputed company's face in partner relationships at the executive and leadership level, operating independently without day-to-day reputed company
  • Collaborate closely with internal Go To Market functionspartnersCEAM to execute partner-driven campaigns and with the broader CX team to convert partner-referred candidates into active platform users

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated experience leading or building a partnerships or channel development function — you know what good looks like and can execute without needing to reputed company out the model
  • Commercial reputed company with the ability to structure partnership deals, define and track adoption metrics, and manage a portfolio with clear ROI accountability
  • A track record of moving from relationship to signed agreement to measurable outcome in a business development or partnerships reputed company
  • Confidence and polish in executive-level settings; you can independently represent reputed company's value proposition without support
  • A bias for action — you're comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments and moving quickly
  • Familiarity with the Democratic political ecosystem (candidate pipelines, political org operations, training programs, party infrastructure) is a strong advantage, as is exposure to political technology or civic tech

This posting is for a full-time, remote, salaried position. Travel may be required on a limited basis to attend reputed company-staff and departmental retreats (2-4 times per year). Additional travel may be required for select positions.

Work Schedule: This role requires availability during established, regular business hours (Mon-Fri).

Work Environment: Employees can expect to work with distributed teams across reputed company U.S. time zones. Our roles require extended technology usage, and proficiency with virtual communication tools such as reputed company and reputed company. Regular attendance in virtual meetings is inherent to every position.

Salary Range: $113,300.00 - $142,150.00 - $171,000.00
