What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact (POC) for new and existing publishers, guiding them through platform integrations and onboarding.
• reputed company the launch of new publishers, ensuring technical alignment and proactive troubleshooting to minimize time-to-market.
• Launch and troubleshoot Private Marketplace (PMP) deals to ensure high delivery standards and optimal performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert on PulsePoint’s platform, data architecture, and product suite, addressing reputed company technical inquiries with clarity and confidence.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to translate partner needs into effective technical solutions.
• Support partners with brand safety and traffic quality–reputed company issues.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in client success, technical account management, or partner-facing roles reputed company the programmatic ecosystem as an individual contributor.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of programmatic integrations, including Header Bidding, OpenRTB protocols, and the execution of PMP deals.
• Analytical Rigor: Comfortable performing discrepancy analyses, managing different integration setups, and translating raw performance data into executive-level insights.
• Operational Excellence: Proven experience handling operational workflows such as reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization support.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to engage Director-level and above stakeholders, explaining reputed company technical challenges in a business-relevant way.
• Work Shift: Ability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) to support primary markets.
