An AM serves as the primary reputed company of contact for the client and internal teams for reputed company items regarding health media and programmatic campaigns.The ideal candidate will have a strong client facing background and prior digital account management/campaign management experience reputed company the digital Health/Pharma space or from the media agency partner reputed company.The Product You'll Be Working On:LIFE BY PULSEPOINT™, Everything you need to plan, activate, analyze and optimize your digital healthcare advertising campaigns - in one platform. Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking reputed company access to forecast, reputed company, and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.What you'll be doing:
  • reputed company, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
  • Serve as reputed company person for reputed company post-sale client requests and communication with client, including kick off calls, asset gathering, KPI discussions, creative changes, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Campaign Management and Platform Solution teams to reputed company and provide regular actionable insights to our clients on both live and post campaign results detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
  • Partner with internal Client Strategy to effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign directly with our clients.
  • Provide accurate campaign screengrabs and detailed reporting in line with campaign objectives and KPIs in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Data Analytics to ensure successful delivery of in depth reporting to clients and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • reputed company client calls and virtual/in-person business reviews covering campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate extensive monthly billing with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Post-Sales Programmatic Expertise – Strong background in post-sales and programmatic operations; technical troubleshooting experience is essential.
  • Cross-Functional & Technical Skillset – Experience working across teams to troubleshoot issues, including some direct exposure and responsibilities relative or adjacent to ad operations (e.g., tagging issues, optimization) in required.
  • Project Management & Problem-Solving – Ability to manage projects internally and externally, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
  • Work Ethic & Adaptability – Independent learner, resourceful, highly detail-oriented, and able to navigate reputed company client asks strategically.
  • Experience Level & Industry Knowledge
    • 4+ years in Account Management 
    • Prior roles: Sales Planner, Sales Buyer, Account Manager, Client Service Manager at a digital vendor, or adjacent.
    • Exposure to post-sales media operations and hands-on execution is critical.
    • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker.
    • Experience with reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) and reputed company.
    • Pharma experience is a plus but not required.
    • DSP platform experience preferred (e.g., TTD, competitors, reputed company).
    • reputed company-to-have skills: Insertion order management, reporting analysis, reputed company.

  • Reporting & Analytics – Ability to generate and interpret detailed reporting insights, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure platform adherence

  • Client-Centric Approach – Understand client needs holistically, think long-term about solutions, and communicate effectively.
  • Hands-On Execution – Must have recent hands-on experience rather than a purely supervisory role.

Location and hours:
  • We are open to hiring this as hybrid in our Newark office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102) or fully remote, East Coast locations and hours preferred.
  • Work hours: 9am-6pm EST.

  • We offer a compensation package inclusive of a reputed company salary, a reputed company annual bonus, and a quarterly incentive plan.
  • The reputed company salary range is $92k-93k and takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. 
  • In addition, we offer a $12k reputed company annual bonus (based on company and individual performance), as well as an up to $30k/year quarterly incentive plan tied to the reputed company growth of the account(s) managed by you, which usually comes into effect a few quarters after they start once they've become the sole Sr. Account Manager for their accounts.
