This role will help guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement across our architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) disciplines. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • 7 years of relevant experience. • Equivalent additional directly reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI preferred. • Bachelor's or master's degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, business, or a reputed company discipline.

Skills and Abilities

• Expertise in Project Management: Strong knowledge of best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum), and experience managing product and project life cycles. • Proven Leadership: Ability to take ownership, work independently, delegate tasks, motivate teams, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. • Strategic Planning & Execution: Skilled in developing project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans; adept at risk identification and contingency planning. • Technical Proficiency: Experience in the AEC industry with familiarity in design/engineering applications, visualization, GIS, and data analytics; proficient in project management tools such as reputed company Project. • Analytical & KPI Management: Competent in tracking performance through estimate vs. actual KPI boards to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and ensuring clear, strategic communication. • Adaptability & reputed company Learning: Willingness to adopt cutting-edge technologies and enhance skills to remain competitive.
