This role sets the strategic direction for enterprise digital design platforms and operating models, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration across project
delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in design technology and enterprise platform programs, with demonstrated success in people leadership, operational management, and innovation strategy. Key Responsibilities
Digital Design Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and execute the long term vision and technology roadmap for the Digital Design function.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, scalability, and risk reduction, ensuring alignment with corporate and delivery goals.
• Establish governance for the intake, evaluation, and lifecycle management of platforms, standards, and reusable assets.
Platform Operations & Governance

• Establish and maintain governance models for platforms, workflows, configuration baselines, and administrative standards.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading enterprise platform programs (migrations, integrations, governance, or operating model transformations).
• Bachelor's degree and/or Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a closely reputed company field highly preferred.
