Role (Global / Remote)

We are seeking a community moderator to be the first line of support and manage day-to- day activity across our reputed company server and Telegram group, ensuring members feel heard, respected, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reputed company and Telegram channels daily and respond to questions in a timely manner

• Triage and escalate urgent issues, reputed company cases to senior staff

• Assist with community events, AMAs, and announcements

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Ability to handle conflict professionally and de-escalate situations
