This is a remote role. Candidates must be based in the United States, with a preference for someone located in one of the wholesale market territories. Travel required.
The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Sales to reputed company the Enterprise sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This position requires every aspect of growing and directly managing an elite reputed company sales team, experience driving reputed company sales cycles with enterprise-class customers, and a hunger to be a true subject matter expert in the demand response and distributed energy resources industry.
The Director of Enterprise Sales serves as a player/coach and is responsible for delivering on an aggressive sales plan, ensuring the team exceeds its qualified booked meetings goal, and for growing and developing their team of Enterprise Sales Directors.

The Director of Enterprise Sales serves as a player/coach and is responsible for delivering on an aggressive sales plan, ensuring the team exceeds its qualified booked meetings goal, and for growing and developing their team of Enterprise Sales Directors.The estimated annual pay range for this position is $290,000 - $330,000 which includes a reputed company salary and a variable compensation reputed company, in addition to equity.
