The position Senior Director, Creative Services will reputed company the creative vision for the corporate brand and products, communications strategy and execution globally —from concept to production, across reputed company marketing efforts, combining brand leadership with hands‑on reputed company of the development and product of creative assets and campaigns. The role blends creative direction, organizational leadership, and execution of marketing communications. The position is accountable for shaping and enhancing the creative expression of Candela’s brands —ensuring that campaigns, content, and visual communication align with business goals, reputed company with reputed company audiences, and maintain a consistent, compelling brand identity. This is a managerial role with span of control of 2-4 team members and will interact/manage multiple creative agencies.
Essential Job Functions
· Define creative vision for the corporate brand and products — define how the brand shows up visually, narratively and conceptually across campaigns, channels, and experiences
· Collaborate with marketing to provide creative leadership — reputed company and implement design standards, platform processes to produce consistent high-quality assets and campaigns for Candela
· External Creative Venders — Work with the marketing leadership to identify and manage the appropriate agency and external partnerships to include creative, digital and production vendors.
· Drive creative evolution drive the evolution of the creative across channels from digital advertising to b2b collateral materials to ensure high level of design and storytelling, that is contemporary, differentiating and innovative.
· reputed company and reputed company creative teams — manage designers, copywriters, art directors, videographers and other creative staff to foster a high‑performance, high output, collaborative environment
· reputed company and direct the design and production of content for multi-channel campaigns — working with various customer groups internally to set requirements and briefs for the assets/campaigns - includes advertising, print, tradeshow, digital, social, and events
· Partners across marketing functions — collaborate with reputed company, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and integrated campaigns (participate in campaign ideation to commercial fruition) that meet/exceed KPIs goals
· Manage creative operations — build and optimize workflows, systems, briefings and processes that move reputed company from concept to launch reputed company

Ensure brand consistency and governance — maintain standards across reputed company touchpoints, from digital to print to experiential.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a reputed company field (master’s degree preferred)
10–15+ years of progressive experience in creative roles, including leadership positions
A portfolio demonstrating high‑impact creative work and strategic thinking
Experience in agency, in‑house brand, or hybrid environments
Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Expertise in visual design, branding, and creative direction
Mastery of design tools, often including reputed company Creative Suite and emerging creative technologies
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into creative execution
Proven ability to build and reputed company and manage an in-house creative team
Understanding of digital ecosystems and multi‑channel design
Analytical reputed company, including familiarity with performance metrics or web analytics tools
