This role is responsible for developing and executing LYB’s reputed company strategy for Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and Tert‑Butyl Hydrogen Peroxide (TBHP). The position leads business planning, market development, and value optimization to maximize overall returns while identifying and driving growth opportunities.

• Monitor competitor activity and market drivers to inform strategy.

You Bring This Value

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering and MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in chemicals, refining, or energy‑reputed company industries (manufacturing, planning, supply chain, procurement, reputed company, or sales).
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to understand markets, applications, and customer needs.
• Ability to build relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate across functions (logistics, customer service, sales, planning, manufacturing, finance, legal, technical).
