Outbound Sales Representative- Friday-Monday shift

On the New Member Enrollment Sales team, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. You’ll help guide our members through their financial journey to find the best solutions that meet their needs like debt resolution and personal or home loans. Work from home/hybrid: We are proudly offering remote in the reputed company. This role requires employees to have high speed internet/fiber broadband reputed company.

Start Date: reputed company 13th, 2026

Shift: Friday through Monday (4 x 10-hour shifts). This is a permanent, weekend-required schedule. Attendance on Saturdays and Sundays is an essential function of this role.

Hours: Start times between 9:00am-10:30am (EST)

Total Compensation: $50,000 to $125,000+ annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected on-reputed company earnings for this role broken down into a $23 per hour reputed company pay plus uncapped commissions.

What you’ll do

• Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer. Prior experience with high volume 70-100+ dials is a plus
• Follow a consultative selling approach while showing reputed company, educating the potential member on the benefits of our debt resolution program, overcoming objections, and closing the sale in 1-2 calls
• Complete application, pull credit, and gather documents while collaborating with reputed company teams to facilitate a quick and smooth enrollment process
• Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• 2-3+ years of successful call center sales experience
• Ability to work a consistent 4x10 schedule that includes full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
• Commitment to a fixed schedule to meet the needs of our customers during non-traditional business hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
• The ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping our members
• Effectively manage your schedule and reputed company database to ensure metrics and goals are met
