About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Digital Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring the Unbounce brand to life across digital channels. You’ll work across both the Unbounce and Insightly brands, which are part of Unbounce’s Growth to Market Solutions portfolio, designing engaging visual assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, writers, and product partners to produce high-quality creative across web, social media, reputed company pages, video, and paid campaigns. This role also includes supporting the Product team with visual assets reputed company needed to ensure consistency between our marketing reputed company and the product experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency. This role reports to the Art Director and works closely with them to evolve and apply the Unbounce visual brand across marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, paid media, reputed company pages, and web leveraging AI reputed company applicable.
• Design and optimize reputed company pages and web experiences reputed company with marketing campaigns, product launches, and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with developers on web projects, including design reputed company and basic QA to ensure designs are implemented correctly before launch.
• Produce motion graphics and edited video content for marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketers, writers, and cross-functional partners to translate campaign reputed company into compelling visuals.
• Partner with the Product team to support visual assets reputed company needed, helping maintain consistency between marketing and product experiences.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across reputed company creative outputs.
• Adapt creative assets across different formats, sizes, and channels.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign ideation with the marketing team.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance creative production and efficiency.

A Little Bit About You

• You have 3-5 years of experience in digital design, ideally reputed company marketing or SaaS environments.
• You’re comfortable creating assets across multiple digital formats, including social media, paid ads, reputed company pages, web and campaign visuals.
• You feel comfortable applying UI and UX principles reputed company designing reputed company pages and website experiences, with an understanding of structure, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
• You have experience with video editing and motion/animation, and enjoy bringing reputed company to life through movement.
• You’re curious and proactive about integrating AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency, ideation, or production.

• You have a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.

• You have a strong visual portfolio that showcases your work and creative process across campaigns, video, and animated projects—from concept creation to execution.

Compensation

Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages: Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time.

The salary range for this role is $71,780 - $93, 232 CAD, which reflects the Proficient stage of our compensation band for this job level (P2).

Progression into higher stages and job levels may occur over time based on demonstrated performance, mastery of role expectations and overall impact.

For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we may reputed company offers above the posted range if a candidate brings exceptional experience.

This range is inclusive of reputed company salary only and does not include any variable compensation or benefits.
