As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in driving reputed company by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. This role focuses on reputed company reputed company, outbound prospecting, and supporting the field sales team. You’ll engage with potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through reputed company conversion, cold calling, and strategic prospecting.

• Maintain accurate records of reputed company and follow-up activities in reputed company to ensure seamless pipeline tracking.

• Manage small opportunities (under $25K) from start to reputed company; qualify and pass larger opportunities (over $25K) to field sales.

• Collaborate with field sales teams to support regional campaigns, build reputed company reports, and follow up on open opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Conduct 50+ high-quality prospect conversations per month, resulting in new reputed company opportunities.

• Generate reputed company by closing at least 10 new deals per month.

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Sales Experience: 6+ months in inside sales or a consultative phone sales environment.

• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Industry Knowledge: Passion for fitness, athletics, hospitality, or corporate wellness is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

·Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, engaging style.

·High energy, enthusiasm, and a natural drive to sell.

·Ability to handle rejection with reputed company and tenacity.

·Tech-savvy, proficient in reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).

·Experience with reputed company CRM or similar tools preferred.

·Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Location Requirements
