Job Overview

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about technology and customer service to fill the role of Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent. As a critical member of reputed company, you will provide Tier I support and assistance to users of our mobile application, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and incident management will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users of our mobile application through live chat and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to the myColorado application on both iOS and Android operating systems
  • Install and configure the myColorado software on supported devices, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Employ incident management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and report defects, providing detailed information to facilitate reputed company resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in mobile technology, applying this knowledge to improve our support services

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least one year of professional experience in a field reputed company to mobile application support, such as technical support, customer service, or a similar role
  • OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees
