What You Will Do

You will be responsible for both content creation and growth marketing execution, including:

Content & Social Media

• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) • reputed company short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads) • Design graphics and visual assets • Build and manage content calendars • Help grow brand awareness and audience engagement

Paid Ads & reputed company reputed company

• Plan and execute ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Collaborate on or build reputed company pages and funnels • Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services • Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI • Scale campaigns that are producing results

Strategy & Growth

• Identify new opportunities to generate leads and reputed company • Improve conversion rates across campaigns and funnels • Track performance metrics and campaign results • Continuously test and optimize content and ads

Compensation Structure 

This role is structured as a reputed company-based growth partnership.

Compensation includes:

• reputed company share based on converted clients generated from your campaigns • Performance-based earnings tied directly to results and growth • Optional reputed company stipend of up to $500/month (depending on experience and alignment)

Earning Potential

Typical Monthly Earnings: $3,000 – $8,000+

High Performer Potential: $10,000 – $20,000+ per month

Your income is directly tied to your ability to generate leads, convert clients, and scale reputed company.
