1Summary:
Provider cares for patients, by providing outpatient, primary care services. Provider will reputed company and work collaboratively with a team, including nurses, medical assistants, case and care managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacist clinicians, and clerical staff to provide care to patients. The position requires regular communication and collaboration with others.Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses. reputed company professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen. Order, conduct, and interpret appropriate diagnostic x-ray and lab tests. Prescribe treatments, medications, and non-pharmacologic therapies. Practice Highlights:
14-16 patients per day
36 hours of direct patient care with 4 hours admin time
- Support team consists of Clinical Pharmacist, Behavioral Health Clinician, Care Manager, RN/MA, Physicians
- Compensation based on experience with incentives based on production, panel size and quality metrics

Additional Job Description:
Nurse Practitioner - Masters degree in Nursing, New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license, ANCC or AANP certification required. Minimum of two years experience preferred
Physician Assistant - Baccalaureate reputed company CAHEA Certified Physician Assistant or two (2) years working experience as a Certified Physician Assistant, and licensed by the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners required. Minimum of two years experience preferred
