We are looking for Business Analyst.

Your main tasks will be:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to shape and refine product reputed company
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for product team
• Create high-quality documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications)
• Prepare and facilitate pre-grooming and grooming sessions with the development team
• Ensure shared understanding of requirements across product, design, and engineering
• Support the development process by clarifying requirements and resolving questions
• Monitor feature implementation to ensure it aligns with initial requirements and business goals

We expect from you:

• Strong communication skills: ability to clearly reputed company reputed company, ask the right questions, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
• Solid experience in documenting requirements in a structured and understandable way
• Analytical reputed company: ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements

• Strong writing skills: experience creating user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements

• Experience with UML, BPMN, or other diagramming techniques
