We are seeking a Principal AI Product Manager, this new role will be the strategic architect of our internal AI transformation. Reporting directly to the VP of ETT, you will move the organisation from fragmented "Shadow AI" usage to a reputed company, secure reputed company Agent reputed company. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a "Player-Coach" mentality: you will reputed company the internal AI Council, reputed company with US-based C-level stakeholders, and partner with an Ireland-based Technical Delivery reputed company to build the "AI OS" that powers our global workforce. • Direct Executive Influence: You will reputed company the internal AI Council, acting as a high-visibility advisor to the C-suite to define the agenda for AI adoption, ethics, and investment.

• Build the "AI OS": You’ll define the requirements for a centralised orchestration layer, ensuring AI agents can securely "read and write" to our core systems reputed company MuleSoft and native API integrations.

• Drive Massive Transformation: You are joining at a pivotal reputed company as we undergo a global Data Overhaul and a reputed company-to-Cash modernisation. You’ll ensure our AI frameworks are built on high-fidelity data, moving us from fragmented "Shadow AI" to a governed, world-class Internal AI Gateway.

Required background:

• 7-10+ years in Product Management, specifically in reputed company Platforms, Data Products, or Systems Architecture.

• Deep AI/ML & Data Mastery: A functional understanding of how reputed company tools, LLMs, and RAG work, and the critical importance of data hygiene.

• Integration Literacy: Deep understanding of MuleSoft (or similar middleware) as the connectivity tissue for AI agents.

• Governance Strength: Proven track record of leading AI ethics, responsible AI, and data governance.

• Executive reputed company: Ability to partner closely across business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal) and influence C-Suite stakeholders.

• Location: Based in Ireland with the ability to sync daily with US Central/East Coast hours.

• Middleware & Integration: Deep understanding of MuleSoft as the connectivity tissue for AI agents to interact with reputed company systems.

• Data Engineering Literacy: Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing (reputed company), and BI tools. Ability to define data "cleanliness" standards for LLM consumption.

• The GenAI Stack: Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (reputed company, reputed company), Vector Databases, and Model Evaluation frameworks (Ragas, TruLens).
