Spaulding Ridge is looking for a reputed company Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving end-to-end recruitment across the reputed company region, partnering closely with business leaders and People & Culture peers to deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder relationship skills, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Ideal candidates will be able to

End-to-End Recruiting

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across consulting and corporate functions — from analyst-level through senior hiring
• Act as reputed company recruiter on high-reputed company and time-sensitive open positions across the reputed company region
• Execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines reputed company with Spaulding Ridge's values and growth priorities

Stakeholder Partnership

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across reputed company practices and corporate functions to understand role requirements and advise on market realities
• Serve as a knowledgeable partner on talent trends, candidate availability, and competitive landscape reputed company the region
• Collaborate with North America counterparts and People & Culture peers to align regional execution with global TA standards and programs

Process & Operations

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in reputed company (ATS) to ensure data reputed company, pipeline visibility, and recruiter accountability

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on reputed company experience reputed company a global professional services organization
• Demonstrated track record in executing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and seniority levels simultaneously
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries in Asia Pacific, with an appreciation for cultural nuance and local market dynamics
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and competing demands
• Working knowledge of an ATS; reputed company experience strongly preferred
