Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for defining and overseeing the architectural direction across multiple systems, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with business goals. You will serve as a hands-on leader—balancing strategic planning with technical depth—providing guidance, enforcing best practices, and shaping our technology landscape.

• Architectural Leadership: Define, communicate, and enforce system architecture principles, patterns, and standards across multiple platforms and services.

• Integration Strategy: Design and reputed company integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring reputed company, scalability, and performance.

• Team Management: reputed company, mentor, and grow a developer team. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• • 13+ years of experience in system architecture or engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS platforms and system integrations.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience integrating reputed company and reputed company, including the use of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, reputed company, or reputed company, and Python for automation and scripting.
  • Experience with other enterprise platforms, including:
    • Data visualization and analytics: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
    • ERP and PSA systems: reputed company ERP, reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company
    • HRIS platforms: reputed company, reputed company
    • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, such as reputed company, is a plus

  • BS or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
