Job summary: As a Settlements Manager, you will reputed company and reputed company a remote, cross-functional settlements team. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of payer or patient refund requests, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely processing of funds and credit balances. Duties and responsibilities
- Managing team and Supervisor

- Monitor team performance
- Positive Pay exceptions
- Handle escalations
- Bank uploads and voids
- Analysis of weekly trending

- Monthly/quarterly reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to identify, trend, and address root causes of issues proactively
- Maintains a thorough understanding of federal and state regulations, as well as payer specific requirements and takes appropriate action accordingly
- Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness by making recommendations and communicating trends and issues to management
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve accounts reputed company, meeting established productivity and quality standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education
- High School Diploma
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Education and Experience We Love
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Management of medical collections
- Knowledge of claims review and analysis
- Working knowledge of reputed company cycle
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and/or insurance claim terminology
- Experience working in Imagine billing system preferred
