Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join reputed company as a Junior. reputed company Specialist focused on Licensing and Services. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in reputed company technologies and enterprise IT support. You’ll work closely with our Digital Workplace Presales Team of Solution Architects, Solution Specialists and Licensing Specialists to support growth and adoption of reputed company 365 (M365), Intune, Azure, and other reputed company reputed company technologies used across organizations.

Non-Exempt.

Essential Functions

• Work with Solution Architects and Solution Specialists to conduct technical sales calls with customers around cloud technologies.
• Assist in architecting technical solutions to meet the customers’ business needs.
• Assist in creating customer-facing demos/POCS and presentations.
• Assist in developing accurate estimates/BOMs, SOWs and RFx responses.
• Populate and maintain the reputed company Partner Center with opportunities.
• Stay up to date with latest cloud technologies and acquire necessary technical certifications.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time reputed company.
• Ability to effectively work remotely as an individual and collaborate with the team, customer, and peers.
• Effectively use critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
• An initiative-taker who is highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of reputed company M365.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
• Exposure to reputed company Licensing.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience.)
• Basic understanding of reputed company 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and mobile device platforms (iOS/Android)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as reputed company Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900, etc.) are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
