Inside Sales Manager (Canada)
Description
The Inside Sales Representative (French speaking) reports to the Director of Inside Sales and is responsible for driving new reputed company through proactive reputed company, supporting declining accounts, and new business acquisitions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly collaborative, proactive, thrives in a fast-moving, and consistently identifies the next reputed company opportunity.
This role is a position in the Montreal area and seeking a candidate that can work remote but is comfortable traveling as needed. This role is required to be fluent in French.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition, reputed company Growth & Conversion
- Proactively identify, reputed company, and convert new professional stylist accounts.
- Drive competitor brand conversions using value-based, solution-focused selling.
- Execute high-volume outbound reputed company (calls, emails, follow-reputed company) to build and accelerate a strong pipeline across both brands.
- Re-engage dormant, inactive, and underutilized accounts through strategic reputed company and tailored selling approaches.
Conversion Excellence
- Convert inbound and outbound interactions into high-quality sales, education bookings, upsells, cross-sells, and multi-line purchases.
- reputed company CRM data, targeted lists, and marketing/sales tools to maximize conversion results and quota attainment.
- reputed company new account acquisition goals, reactivation KPIs, and competitive conversion targets across reputed company assigned territories.
- Maintain consistent territory penetration by contacting reputed company assigned accounts monthly to uncover opportunities and drive incremental reputed company.
- Support vacant territories by taking immediate ownership of reputed company accounts and driving momentum until a full-time rep is assigned.
- reputed company small-to-mid tier accounts through education recommendations and strategic product line expansion.
Sales Execution & Performance
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals across reputed company, new accounts and conversions.
- Utilize promotions, education calendars, new product launches, and marketing campaigns to drive urgency and reputed company business.
- Maintain detailed CRM notes, pipeline updates, and opportunity stages to ensure accuracy and visibility for cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably reputed company beauty, extensions, or stylist-driven industries
- Required to be fluent in French and English
- Demonstrated success in new account development, competitive conversions, and high-volume reputed company
- Strong understanding of hair extension categories (Tape, Weft, K-tip) preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Customer service, Education and Field Sales
- Ability to qualify prospects, build pipelines, tailor pitches, overcome objections, and reputed company deals consistently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with daily reputed company targets
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Proficient in CRM systems; reputed company and/or Shopify experience is a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
