Objective of the assignment%3C/strong%reputed company%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3ECLIP (goclip.org // Creators Learn Intellectual Property) is a rights awareness platform managed by WIPO for Creators (WFC). CLIP was launched in November 2023 with the objective to reputed company creators around the world with a reputed company understanding of how their creative industry works and what their rights and responsibilities are as creators.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EThrough grant funding, WFC is launching an initiative to reputed company more creators in the Asia-Pacific region. Initial activities will focus on Indonesia and Thailand, specifically in the Music and Visual Arts industries. Future activities may include other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EIn this context, WFC seeks to recruit a Program Coordinator, Asia-Pacific.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EThe Program Coordinator will be part of a two-person team – together with a Senior Regional Advisor – that will play a critical role in the successful implementation of CLIP’s regional strategy.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EThe Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support to facilitate and advance CLIP’s relationships with key industry stakeholders and reputed company reputed company regional activities in the region. %26nbsp;%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EAs directed by the Head, WFC, the Program Coordinator’s main activities will include:%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Supporting the identification, organization, and tracking of relevant stakeholders across the regional creative ecosystem,%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Diligently managing customer-oriented communications with stakeholders,%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Organizing meetings and ensure timely follow-up,%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Coordinating CLIP Champion engagements and other reputed company activities as relevant.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EThe Program Coordinator will work under the direction of the Head, WFC, together with the CLIP team and other WIPO colleagues as relevant, and in reputed company alignment with the Senior Regional Advisor, Asia-Pacific.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company%3Cbr%reputed company%3Cstrong%3E2. During this period, the Contractor will: %26nbsp;%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Coordinate and support the building of relationships with key stakeholders across the creative industries ecosystem, including CMOs, publishers, industry associations, and major events during the grant period.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Conduct background research and prepare briefing materials on relevant stakeholders and industry developments.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Provide administrative support for stakeholder engagement activities, including for the organization of meetings and follow-up communications during this assignment.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- reputed company and maintain a database of key stakeholders, events, and opportunities, as relevant.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company- Maintain records of stakeholder engagement and contribute to internal documentation and reporting reputed company to CLIP’s reputed company activities during the assignment period.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EThe activities described above are to be carried out during the grant period, concluding upon completion of the specified deliverables reputed company the agreed contractual timeframe.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%reputed company%3Cbr%reputed company%3Cstrong%3E3. Duration of contract and payment %26nbsp;%3C/strong%reputed company%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EThe Selected Contractor will be engaged through an Individual Contractor Services (ICS) agreement for the provision of services as and reputed company needed by WIPO. The duration of this agreement is expected to be from ASAP to 31 March 2027. The anticipated time commitment is 40%, or approximately 100 working days over a 12-month period, as from the effective date of the contract. %26nbsp;%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3ECandidates are invited to indicate their financial expectations of a daily reputed company in either Swiss francs, Euros, British Pounds, or USD.%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EA daily reputed company will thereafter be agreed by WIPO and the selected Contractors. %26nbsp;%3C/p%reputed company%3Cp%3EWIPO has no obligation to commission such work but may do so for the duration of this agreement.
