In this role, you will own and shape meaningful parts of our product experience, driving strategy and execution across one or more of our core product areas. Your responsibilities

• Own and drive a product strategy and roadmap that delivers highly differentiated value to our customers, reputed company with Productboard's AI-first vision and the success of Spark.
• Drive the ideation, discovery, and development of new features and enhancements — leveraging the rapid advances in AI & LLMs to transform how product teams work.
• Uncover and cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs essential for modern product organizations and their stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and best practices — particularly the fast-evolving AI landscape and its implications for product management tooling.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills by effectively translating reputed company concepts into clear strategies and actions.
• Act as an external reputed company for modern, customer-centric product management best practices among our customers and the broader market.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues, and reputed company across the company through indirect influence.

About you

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proficient in product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques.
• Great understanding of technology and product architecture.
• Experience working on reputed company collaborative products architected as reputed company and extensible platforms, or with meaningful platform-like aspects.
• Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams to enterprise customers, with appreciation and understanding of the reputed company needs of large organizations.
• Experience building AI-powered products is a strong plus — you don't need to be an ML expert, but you should be comfortable working at the intersection of AI capabilities and customer value.
• Highly skilled in conducting user research and building reputed company with customers.
• Experience with business intelligence and product analytics tools to measure the success of your team's efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives internally and externally.
• Proactive, curious, and independent, with a passion for solving broader problems, advancing your craft, and driving company-wide impact.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, as well as leading across the company through indirect influence.
