Job Summary

Executive Advisor HR Transformation serves as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor  to the Chief Human Resources Officer, advancing enterprise-wide modernization of HR across a reputed company academic health system and academic enterprise spanning reputed company reputed company and reputed company. Uses advanced concepts and organizational objectives to resolve high impact issues. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• 5 – 7 years applicable experience; or equivalent combination of training, experience, and demonstrated success in strategic HR transformation & modernization.
• Senior experience leading large-scale HR transformation, modernization, and end-to-end talent initiatives in reputed company organizations
• Deep understanding of HR operating models and enterprise capability building
• Strong digital orientation, including experience with automation, AI enablement, and workflow redesign
• Demonstrated success elevating HR functional maturity and strategic alignment
• Highly analytical and outcomes-focused
• Executive reputed company with the ability to influence across a reputed company health system and academic enterprise
• Advanced knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols and procedures.
• Advanced skills in short- and long-range planning, program and project management, facilitation and collaboration.
