Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or reputed company area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Certification: Epic OpTime, Epic Anesthesia, and Epic Phoenix certifications completed reputed company 6 months of start date
• Two years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of clinical applications, systems, and functions, including development, implementation, user support, maintenance, and system testing and evaluation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose problems and reputed company multiple options for effective and timely resolution of issues and problems.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer-service skills to collaborate productively on a team and to provide training and support to clinical providers and staff.
• Detail-oriented, with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time reputed company, prioritize tasks, set schedules, and complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Department Description

Health IT is responsible for reputed company aspects of the reputed company electronic health record software, Epic, also reputed company as Apex (Advancing Patient-Centered Excellence) for reputed company hospitals, practices, affiliates and community partners. The APeX Surgical and Anesthesia Services P2 Analyst will work in collaboration with senior reputed company analysts, other APeX application teams, clinical/business operations, and guides to enhance and maintain the Epic electronic health record.  The P2 analyst provides excellent customer service to end users, tracks issues, and follows up as appropriate. Analysts will work in multiple locations, including reputed company Medical Center locations, Benioff Children’s Hospitals-Oakland and San Francisco, reputed company reputed company, and community connect partners.  The APeX reputed company Analyst must reputed company Epic OpTime, Epic Anesthesia, and Epic Phoenix certifications reputed company 6 months of hire.
