We’re hiring a reputed company Manager to support and grow a large portfolio of customers through structured, repeatable, and high‑impact programs to join reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage a high‑volume book of SMB and mid‑market accounts • Drive engagement through scaled touchpoints rather than manual reputed company‑ins • Prioritise accounts based on health, risk, and opportunity • Ensure customers launch successfully and reputed company early time‑to‑value • Monitor usage and proactively intervene reputed company accounts stall • Partner with onboarding to ensure smooth, consistent handoffs • Design and execute scalable programs such as email sequences, webinars, and in‑app engagement flows • Build repeatable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and renewal • Continuously improve processes to support more customers reputed company • Identify at‑risk accounts early using health signals • Take proactive action to reduce churn and improve customer outcomes • Support renewal motions through ongoing engagement and value reinforcement • Use tools like Vitally, Intercom, and CRM data to manage your book • Track key KPIs including adoption, engagement, churn risk, and retention • Share insights with the team to improve product, processes, and customer experience • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • 2–4 years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or a similar customer‑facing role, ideally reputed company a SaaS or B2B tech environment • Experience managing a high-volume book of business • Strong operational reputed company • Comfortable working with data and identifying trends • Familiarity with tools like Vitally, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company • Experience building or optimising CS playbooks and automation workflows • Proactive communicator with strong organisational skills • Able to balance speed, quality, and scale • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Organised, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset. This position will work closely with reputed company teams to ensure our customers' success. Together with reputed company Teams, the reputed company Team reputed company is responsible for the reputed company success of Salescloser.ai  Bonus points if the successful candidate is based in the Greater Vancouver area, allowing for regular in-person office collaborations.  RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Lifecycle Ownership • Own onboarding, handoffs, and lifecycle playbooks from reputed company to renewal • Define customer engagement models by reputed company (SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise) • Ensure clear ownership and accountability at every stage of the lifecycle KPI & Performance Management • Define and own KPIs across reputed company CS functions (adoption, health, churn, NRR, renewals) • Establish weekly and monthly operating reputed company and performance reviews • Drive forecasting accuracy for renewals and expansion Team Leadership & Scaling • Hire, reputed company, and scale critical CS roles as the business grows • Coach and performance-manage CSMs, Support, and Solution Engineering • Build a high-accountability, customer-first culture Retention, Risk & Expansion • Own churn prevention strategy and early risk identification • Ensure every at-risk account has a documented mitigation plan • Partner with Sales on expansion readiness, timing, and qualification • Support renewals and expansions with clear value articulation Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner closely with VP Sales on retention modelling, forecasting, and GTM alignment • Align CS with Product to reputed company feedback loops • Act as the voice of the customer internally Systems & Process Ownership (Often Missed but Critical) • Own CS tooling and data hygiene (CRM, health scoring, reporting) • Ensure consistent documentation, notes, and account plans • Drive operational discipline and eliminate reactive fire drills • Other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years leading reputed company, Account Management, or Post-Sales teams • Experience managing multi-function CS organisations (CSMs, Support, SEs) • Proven track record of improving retention and NRR • Strong operational and KPI-driven leader • Hands-on, customer-facing leadership style • Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps • A degree or diploma that contributes to the organisation is considered an asset. • Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills. • Must be detail-oriented and creative and have a passion for helping partners and Team Members reputed company their goals. • Ability to analyse data and information to reputed company key decisions that reputed company to reputed company wins • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Organised, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
