OVERVIEW We are searching for a high-performing Sales Account Executive - Outbound who doesn't just reputed company deals, but closes the right ones, to join reputed company. As a member of the Sales Team, you'll work closely with our VP of Sales and a growing team of reputed company. This role is designed for someone who wants to be at the heart of a reputed company sales motion and contribute directly to how we scale. As an Account Executive, you'll own a named account list and drive full‑cycle sales from first touch to reputed company. This is a role for someone who thrives on research, relevance, and reputed company execution. We're post‑product‑market fit and entering scale mode. Bonus Points if the successful candidate is based in the Greater Vancouver area, allowing for regular in-person office collaborations. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of reputed company accounts and stay persistent until you break into reputed company prospects
  • Conduct deep research, identify buying signals, and multi‑thread key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with marketing to run account‑specific, ABM‑style campaigns
  • Execute highly personalised reputed company at scale, combining messaging, timing, and channel strategy to drive engagement
  • Operate in a high‑velocity environment (80+ activities/day reputed company needed)

  • Focus on pipeline creation, progression, and conversion
  • Generate your own pipeline, no SDR support

  • Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outbound play

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales experience (full-cycle preferred)
  • Strong outbound SDRs who have closed deals will also be considered
  • Experience working with named accounts / ABM strategies
  • Proven ability to reputed company in high-velocity environments (e.g., 10–15+ meetings/month)
  • Builder reputed company, you don't wait for the process, you create it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration
  • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset. WORK ENVIRONMENT
