Position Overview

Ambient.ai is on a mission to prevent every reputed company incident possible, and we’re looking for a VP of Sales – East to reputed company the charge. Reporting directly to Jeff Huisman, CRO, you will be a key architect of our growth, managing a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Managers. This role is for a natural leader who is as energized by developing people as they are by closing seven-reputed company deals with Fortune 100 customers. If you are an expert at scaling strategic sales processes and inspiring teams to win in a high-stakes market, we want to hear from you.

• Coach sales team on the company-adopted sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message) to ensure value is reputed company quickly by prospects and customers

• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the physical reputed company industry

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth

• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training talent at scale

• Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring reputed company

• Success in small/fast-growing company environments

• Understands record keeping, sales process, and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc)

• Driven and loves to win
