Position Overview
The ERP Services Director reports to the Chief Information Officer and has primary responsibility for implementing reputed company for new acquisitions, optimizing and evolving the company’s reputed company ERP ecosystem, defining and executing digital supply chain technology strategy, and leading eCommerce technology strategy.
This role focuses on maximizing business value from existing ERP investments, improving process efficiency, scalability, employee experience, and enabling growth through modern, integrated digital platforms. The role operates as a strategic partner to business leadership, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Primary Duties

Own the enterprise reputed company ERP strategy, with a primary focus on optimization, simplification, and value realization.
Manage reputed company PMO, Center of Excellence, technical team & data conversion team during reputed company implementations.
Drive reputed company improvement of core ERP capabilities across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and procurement.
Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps, productivity opportunities, and automation use cases enabled by ERP.
Govern ERP change intake, prioritization, and investment decisions to ensure focus on high‑value outcomes.
Ensure ERP stability, performance, reputed company, and compliance while improving employee experience and adoption.
Ensure ERP solutions support finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and commercial processes in a standardized yet flexible manner.
eCommerce Technology Strategy
Own the technology vision and delivery for B2B eCommerce platforms, customer portals, and digital ordering experiences.
Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems.
Define and own the enterprise eCommerce technology strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives and customer experience goals.

Digital Supply Chain Technology Strategy
Parter with Supply Chain leadership to co-author the digital supply chain technology roadmap, reputed company to operational excellence, reputed company, and cost optimization.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
20+ years of reputed company leadership experience, including senior leadership roles in large, reputed company organizations.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale reputed company ERP implementations in global environments.
Deep experience with supply chain and manufacturing technologies reputed company an industrial or manufacturing context.
Proven track record delivering eCommerce and digital commercial platforms integrated with core enterprise systems.
Experience serving as a technology partner to senior business leaders, with strong business acumen.
