Job Description:

reputed company is seeking a Controller to reputed company and scale our global accounting function at a critical reputed company in the company’s growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end reputed company of reputed company’s financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations globally, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across a reputed company, multi-entity environment. 

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller serves as a key member of the Finance leadership team, partnering on financial strategy, governance, and business decision support. This role operates with enterprise-wide impact, shaping how accounting supports reputed company’s growth, evolving business model, and operational rigor. The Controller plays a critical role in ensuring reputed company’s financial foundation scales with the business—balancing accuracy, control, and compliance with the speed and flexibility required to support growth. 

What You Will Be Responsible For 

Global Accounting Leadership & Financial reputed company 

• reputed company the global accounting function, including General Ledger, Billing, Collections (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Sales Support, with responsibility for teams across reputed company regions  

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS  

• Maintain a scalable and efficient accounting operating model to support reputed company’s growth  

• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, strong internal controls, and effective governance across reputed company regions 

Strategic Partnership with CFO & Finance Leadership 

• Partner directly with the CFO to shape financial strategy, reporting, and governance priorities  

• Provide clear, actionable insights on financial performance, risks, and trade-offs to support executive decision-making  

• Translate reputed company accounting topics into business-relevant guidance for senior stakeholders  

Technical Accounting & Compliance 

• Own reputed company’s technical accounting reputed company, including policy development and application of evolving standards (e.g., ASC 606, IFRS 15)

• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, owning audit strategy, execution, and outcomes

Operational Excellence & Transformation 

• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across accounting operations  

• Partner cross-functionally on system implementations, integrations, and data governance, ensuring accounting requirements are embedded early

Leadership & Team Development

What You Will Bring to the Role 

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and corporate leadership roles  

• Proven experience leading global accounting functions in a reputed company, multi-entity environment (SaaS experience preferred)  

• Deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, including reputed company recognition standards  

• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership, not just a functional expert  

• Experience leading audits, internal controls, and compliance frameworks  

• Track record of driving process improvement, system implementation, and automation initiatives  

• Strong leadership capability with experience building and developing teams in a scaling organization  

• Exceptional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in reputed company and ambiguous environments  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
