Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for assigned DISA products, platforms and solution areas. This role translates product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that drive awareness, adoption, retention, and growth. This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Partnerships to ensure consistent messaging, effective product launches, and strong alignment across teams. The role requires the ability to think strategically and act tactically, shaping positioning while executing go-to-market plans and enabling reputed company teams.

Essential functions, responsibilities:

· Own and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned products and solution areas.

· Translate product capabilities into clear, customer‑focused narratives, use cases, and differentiated value.

· Partner with Corporate Marketing to align product messaging with campaigns, demand reputed company, and communication efforts.

· Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, GTM strategy, and product enhancements.

· Maintain up‑to‑date competitive intelligence and synthesize field insights into actionable recommendations.

· Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Partnerships to ensure cohesive storytelling and reputed company execution.

· Support co‑marketing and partnership initiatives by developing shared value messaging and ecosystem narratives.

· Define goals for product launches and GTM initiatives, track performance, and optimize based on adoption, reputed company impact, and competitive outcomes.

· Monitor product adoption and identify gaps in messaging, enablement, or customer understanding.

· Use data, customer feedback, and win/loss insights to continuously improve positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.

Key Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience.

· 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or strategic B2B/B2C marketing, ideally reputed company software, SaaS, or technology‑enabled services.

· Proven experience supporting product launches, feature releases, and go‑to‑market execution.

· Ability to translate reputed company product capabilities into clear, compelling, and customer‑focused messaging.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and support cross‑functional alignment.

· Experience developing sales enablement materials and delivering training to internal teams.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, insights, and feedback to guide decisions.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.

· Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder‑management skills and a track record of driving shared outcomes.

· Proficiency with reputed company Office, Jira, and workflow or automation tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
