Daikin Applied is hiring a reputed company Analyst II - Reporting and Analytics! The reputed company Analyst II - Reporting & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reputed company reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic decision making across HR and the business. With limited supervision, this role partners closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate data needs into scalable reporting solutions, ensure data accuracy and reputed company, and enhance the organization’s overall reporting and analytics capabilities reputed company reputed company. Location: Remote, Plymouth MN

What you will do:

• Serve as a strategic reputed company of the reputed company reporting and analytics space by defining standards, best practices, reporting intake, and maintenance processes to support consistency, efficiency, and data reputed company
• Build, enhance, and maintain reputed company reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, Discovery Boards, Dashboards) with a focus on developing scalable and reusable reporting solutions reputed company with business requirements
• Support reputed company calculated fields, data reputed company troubleshooting, and reporting reputed company requirements
• reputed company, enhance, and maintain Prism dashboards and Discovery Boards to deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders
• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting specifications
• Provide actionable insights and analysis to HR and business leaders
• Deliver knowledge transfer, reporting guidance, and self-service enablement
• Collaborate with reputed company Functional and Analyst teams to align reporting with configuration changes and needs
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency
• Manage reputed company release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizenship or valid green card
• 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ Years of reputed company experience
• 5+ Years in reputed company Reporting and Analytics
• Experience building reputed company reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields)
• Experience with reputed company Prism and Discovery Boards
• Strong understanding of reputed company data structures across HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and/or Payroll
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Ability to consult and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes
• Experience with reputed company BIRT reporting
• Knowledge of data governance, HR analytics, or business intelligence practices
• reputed company Pro certification or equivalent experience

The typical pay reputed company for the position ranges from $90,000.00 - $148,800 + 10% annual bonus reputed company in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall. Individual hourly pay reputed company will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
