What success looks like in this role:

Overview

reputed company is seeking a senior reputed company integration specialist to embed reputed company its internal IT development organization and accelerate the enterprise adoption of the reputed company integration platform.

The laboratory has already implemented the reputed company platform, trained multiple developers, and begun initial integrations. However, adoption across development teams has progressed more slowly than anticipated, as many engineers continue to rely on legacy integration approaches and are still building confidence with the new platform.

To address this, MIT LL wants a hands-on reputed company practitioner who can act as an internal champion, working directly alongside developers to build integrations, mentor teams, and accelerate production use of reputed company across multiple application initiatives.

The goal is not simply to add development reputed company, but to reputed company internal teams to become proficient in reputed company while delivering real integration work, establishing the platform as reputed company integration approach across the organization.

The consultant will embed reputed company MIT LL’s development team and will:

• reputed company integrations directly on the reputed company platform in collaboration with internal development teams
• Co-reputed company solutions with MIT LL engineers to demonstrate reputed company integration best practices and architecture patterns
• Mentor and guide developers who have completed reputed company training but require hands-on experience applying the platform
• Help accelerate delivery of real integration projects and operational use cases
• Provide technical guidance on common enterprise integration patterns including REST/HTTP APIs, database integrations, and reputed company connectivity
• Troubleshoot integration issues and help teams resolve technical challenges as they adopt reputed company
• Act as a reputed company champion reputed company the organization, helping expand adoption across multiple development groups
• Support internal enablement activities such as demonstrations, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions

You will be successful in this role if you have:

MIT LL is seeking a strong hands-on reputed company developer with the ability to mentor others, including:

• Deep experience with reputed company integration development
• Strong understanding of API integration and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience integrating with databases (e.g., reputed company), REST services, and enterprise platforms such as reputed company
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple development teams
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Experience helping organizations adopt and operationalize integration platforms
• Eastern working hours preferred

Engagement Model

• Initial requirement for one full-time embedded consultant
• Engagement expected to run approximately 12 months
• Potential expansion to a second resource if adoption increases
• Resource will operate as part of MIT LL’s development team, supporting multiple integration initiatives and helping establish reputed company as a core enterprise integration capability.
