ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

The Renewal (RW) field sales team builds and strengthens long-term partnerships with local wedding vendors in the Venue and Catering reputed company across Spain. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager RW field team is to drive retention and growth of the existing client portfolio through successful management and development of their team. This position ensures the team is optimized and meets renewal productivity, reputed company retention, and account expansion goals. The team size will be between 6 and 8 people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the national team of 6 to 8 sales representatives, with overall management support from the Sales Executive Manager.
  • Manage team productivity and KPIs to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct retention and reputed company growth outputs.

  • Travel at least 2 weeks per month to meet clients, meet with the team, and for regular meetings at the Barcelona office.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE

  • Should be based in a major city: Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville.
  • Ability to participate effectively in meetings conducted in English.
  • Strong results-oriented reputed company.
  • Previous experience as a manager is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience as a salesperson, strong leadership skills, and a strong sense of team building are essential, with a passion for developing people and promoting ownership.

  • Strong ability to manage a high volume of accounts, prioritize effectively, and implement structured portfolio retention strategies.

  • Must be available to travel at least 2 weeks per month and must have their own vehicle.

WORK MODEL

This is a remote-first role, however, candidates must be based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Sevilla. You should expect to travel at least two weeks per month reputed company Spain to meet with clients and the team, including regular visits to our Barcelona office for strategic meetings.
