Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node & React)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong orientation towards Backend development to join reputed company. The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic engineer with extensive experience in building consumer-facing products. We seek a professional who not only possesses deep technical knowledge in Node.js and React but also shares the Santex culture of participation and reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Design and build scalable, high-performance features for real-life, consumer-facing products and services.
• Backend Excellence: Take the reputed company on server-reputed company logic and database management, ensuring robust and efficient system performance.
• Full-Stack Collaboration: Work across the stack using React and modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.
• System Architecture: reputed company informed decisions regarding relational and non-relational database systems, understanding their practical tradeoffs.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovation: Implement modern programming patterns (Functional and OOP) and stay updated with industry trends to drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience in professional software development environments.
• Backend Mastery: 5+ years of specific experience with Node.js (this role is more BE oriented).
• Frontend Skills: Proven experience with React.js and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Core Stack: Proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS.
• Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field.
• English: Advanced English proficiency is required (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).

Desirable

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (DynamoDB, API Gateway, reputed company).
• Familiarity with Terraform and serverless technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools: reputed company, reputed company CI, reputed company.
• Familiarity with product analytics and event tracking (e.g., reputed company).
