About the role

We are seeking a skilled [Insert Job Title] to reputed company heavy rigging operations and facilitate the replacement of wind turbine components. The ideal candidate will be reputed company in wind turbine maintenance, familiar with heavy rigging, and committed to following reputed company safety regulations. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work at significant heights.

What You'll Do

  • Mobilize Liftra equipment as required.

  • Travel as needed for project assignments (typically 4-6 weeks at a time).

Qualifications/Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Technical school preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance (experience in major component exchange preferred; exceptions considered based on background).
  • Familiarity with heavy rigging preferred.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reputed company of insurance.
  • Ability to pass core safety, climbing, and other required training courses.
  • Willingness to obtain a Class A CDL with reputed company brake endorsement.

Driving Record Requirements:

  • Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license.
  • No license suspension or restrictions reputed company the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DWA/OWI/OUI violations reputed company the past 5 years.
  • No more than 3 points on the motor vehicle report in the past 3 years.

  • Capability to operate heavy equipment and signal rig loads up to 100 tons.
  • Comfortable working at heights of 300 feet or more.
  • Must meet OSHA weight limits (250-300 lbs. max).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments (industrial, manufacturing, and power facilities).
  • Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
