About the role

What You'll Do

- Mobilize Liftra equipment as required.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical school preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance (experience in major component exchange preferred; exceptions considered based on background).
- Familiarity with heavy rigging preferred.
Certifications & Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reputed company of insurance.
- Ability to pass core safety, climbing, and other required training courses.
- Willingness to obtain a Class A CDL with reputed company brake endorsement.
Driving Record Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license.
- No license suspension or restrictions reputed company the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DWA/OWI/OUI violations reputed company the past 5 years.
- No more than 3 points on the motor vehicle report in the past 3 years.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments (industrial, manufacturing, and power facilities).
